• If you have a FlightPal account, you can also adjust privacy settings in your profile or follow any "Do Not Sell/Share" link in the site footer (if available).

2. What We Mean by "Sharing"

"Sharing" under the CPRA can include disclosing or making available personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly share sensitive flight-anxiety data for such purposes. If you opt out, we will refrain from any "sale" or "sharing" of your personal info beyond what is strictly needed for:

• Service operation
• Legal compliance
• One-time contractual purposes (e.g., VR therapy affiliate link you click)

3. Types of Information Potentially Shared

• Identifiers (like device IDs, hashed email) for analytics or retargeting.
• Cookie Data used to measure ad campaigns or track affiliate conversions.

Sensitive personal info (e.g., anxiety assessment) is never sold or shared for advertising. We only process it to provide the requested service.

4. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you (e.g., denying service or charging a different price) for exercising your opt-out rights.

5. Verification Process

We may request limited additional info to verify your identity before processing an opt-out. If an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, we may require proof of authorization.
